Extreme Expedition Thai Chicken with Rice formula is a 1000 Kcal extremely lightweight freeze-dried meal, 1000 Kcal, with 96.8g of carbohydrates, and 27.4g of protein, in just 200 grammes, with less bulk, and less weight per gramme than ordinary freeze-dried meals, it means you can carry more Kcal, Carbs, Protein and other essential nutrients, in less space and for less weight than ordinary freeze-dried or dehydrated meals.
To prepare the Extreme Expedition 1000 Kcal Thai Chicken with Rice you would usually follow these simple steps:
Open the pouch and spread the bottom to give it stability
Add a specified amount of hot water to the pouch (water quantity will vary depending on the meal and its different ingredients, see the recipe and portion size for the timescale needed).
